Hey guys
I just bought Vince Delmonte’s No Nonsense Muscle Building pack and was checking out the meal plans when i saw the following :
"8 oz Cheese, low or
non fat

skinless"
I know english but it is not my bith language so can anyone clear up what the "oz" stands for ??? Also it says : "4 1/2 cups Cottage
cheese" What kind of a "cup is it likely reffering to ???
Thanks in advance people
