you can gain 20-40 lbs of muscle in six months?
I recently stumbled upon Vince Delmonte’s no nonsense muscle building, and the guy actually teaches you how to build muscle… he gives away a lot of valuable information and isn’t telling you to purchase any supplements or pills. The only thing that bothers me is that he says by following his workout program you can gain large amounts of muscle in only a couple of months. Is it possible? Has anyone tried his program?
No, thats not possible…heck I’m not even sure someone could be that with steroids.
A complete beginner might be lucky to gain 10 pounds in his first year, and after that weight loss slows dramatically.
To give you an idea even a guy like this: http://www.criticalbench.com/images/critical-ripped-fat-loss.jpg – probaby has less than 40 pounds of muscle compared to what a non-lifter would have.
